Blue Street Style

glasses, urban outfitters

cardigan, thrifted

rings, h&m
culottes, topshop
boots, thrifted

I treated myself to a new pair of glasses the other day! I like them because they're big black frames so a lot different from my 50s black top rimmed glasses and harry potter spectacles. They make me feel like a fun late 80s librarian.

This is my year of watching all the movies I've ever wanted to watch. I have a big thing for movies made and set in the 80s/90s at the moment. The other day at a sleep over I watched American Psycho and Into the Wild - two completely different films. How funny is Christian Bale in American Psycho? His hair is so typically 80s and I could not stop cracking up at his facial expressions! In stark contrast we also watched The Machinist. He is freakishly skinny in it - it was horrible! There is one scene when he stands to the side and he completely disappears he's that skinny! Urg it gave me the chills! It didn't help that I'd scoffed an large McDonald's before watching it haha.

Adorable outfit, as per usual! Really love the layering in it, you look so cosy even though it looks quite cold over there!

I made a new year's resolution to watch four new movies a month... hopefully it goes well! It is so far! x

The boots are so nice for a change they look lovely with the knee socks. American Psycho is actually really funny apart from the murder parts. The book is great you should read it if you haven't already x
