I don't actually own a pair of red trousers but I have seen them a lot lately in stores and on fashion blogs! They add this pop of colour you just don't get from regular jeans or jeggings. How to style them? From the looks of things the only prints you can get away with them are either red based or monochrome.

Still unsure how to style your red trousers best? Check out the lookbookers below for some awesome styling ideas!

blue and feather ring, topshop
wolf ring, urban outfitters

I did try taking an outfit shot indoors today but it was just not happening so I've done some close ups instead.

I've already started doing lots of fun horsey things this year and have plenty more planned! I looked at having a pony on shared loan on friday and after meeting her owner and having a little ride I'm going to start share loaning this week! Share loaning is when you're not a full loaner of a horse so basically you just go to the yard one or two days a week (depending on your arrangement) and for those days you can look after the horse all day so can groom, go for rides, muck out etc! Its like having your own horse without the vet bills and commitment! Its very exciting! I'm going for a hack this weekend on the pony I'm share loaning and her owner. Really looking forwards to it!

Everyone seems to be off skiing at the moment... I'm very jealous! It doesn't help that the store I work in is selling lots of ski wear and I'm hearing about everyone's skiing adventures! Maybe booking a ski holiday for the next winter could be a new years resolution? Hmmm maybe I could talk my sister into going!

Red Lips Beauty Review

the look Red lips.
product used Rimmel London Exaggerate Automatic Lip Liner in Red Diva.
best for Making you look instantly more dressed up than you actually are.
worst for If you feel self conscious about smudges and don't constantly have a mirror on you!
the verdict Red lips are a look I love on people that can instantly take your outfit from plain to glam. I, personally, am not brave enough to wear this look more than I would like to and only ever wear it on the occasional night out. After trialling this look for the day I've decided it doesn't smudge half as much as I thought it would and could happily leave the house with red lips more often!

I got the wolf ring from my sister for xmas, its from Urban Outfitters and every time I've been in there I think its so cute and I was longing for it for ages so I'm really impressed she managed to get it for me! The tights are gold studded and I always want to wear them but never know what to wear them with... they are very Christmassy though.

NYE and the Christmas party season may be over but adding a bit of sparkle and glitter to an outfit can transform your look taking you from office to bar. It can also just brighten up an otherwise dreary outfit. January is renown for being the most depressing time of year especially in England when the weather is particularly miserable! I enjoy wearing sparkly nail polish so that whenever I am low I can admire my lovely sparkly nails! I also have this giant gold glittery jumper which is too many sizes too big but I love to bits because its all sparkly and glittery!

Remember glitter isn't just for Christmas its for life!!! Below are some lookbookers who add just the right amount of sparkle to their everyday outfits.

HAPPY BELATED NEW YEAR!!!! So sorry its taken me so long to blog! I have been having issue with my internet connection but I’m back up and running now! I know you perhaps think I'm barmy wearing no tights in the middle of winter but its been so mild here lately (apart from the recent wind and rain!) and over all a warm winter.

Any new years resolutions? Mine is to draw more often, move house closer to the sea, do plenty more horse riding and run the race for life this summer. Let me know all of yours!
