I love Halloween! Its my most favourite time of year! I really enjoy craving pumpkins, dressing up and watching horror movies whilst scoffing toffee apples. In these Halloween themed dresses you can now look stylish during Halloween too!

Which one is your favourite?

Halloween Moments

foggy Brighton - smiley faces - midweek pizza treat - the pavilion at night
my cousin and I on the train to Bath - Halloween! - attempt at bat make up - view from the train

This week I have been crazy busy with house viewings and that again as I am still trying to find somewhere to live that feels like home. I did get to go to my cousins house this weekend to have a Halloween party. I went as a bat and as I didn't have time to find a costume I just did the best I could with what I already had in my wardrobe.

Hope you have all had a lovely week! x

Moments in Hastings

deserted station - yummy breakfast - the downs - at 1066 land
with the birthday boy - inside battle - fruit snack - weekend drinks

all photos taken with instagram

Apart from that I've just been super busy trying to find somewhere new to live in Brighton. Lots of house viewings, meeting new people and checking out new rooms is taking up the majority of my after work evenings... I've not even started organising and sorting through all my stuff yet. :s Wish me luck!

Hope you have all had a lovely week! x

Today is the day of the zombie walk in Brighton so I'm going to check that out later. If you follow me on Instagram (sarahlovesblog) expect to be overwhelmed with zombie photos!

Oh, by the way isn't my bag simply wonderful? I'm a little bit in love with the studs at the moment... they're very chic in fall I always think. What are your favourite fall accessories?

Comedy Moments

saw Ross Nobel at the Dome - healthy breakfast - favorite shoes - rainbow
coke and chocolate - raining again - saw Greg Davies - went to London
at London Aquarium jelly fish - worms - sharks - turtles

Super busy week with seeing comedy at the Dome mid week and London at the weekend. I managed to persuade my boyfriend to go to the London Aquarium - it was really good but not as good at Birmingham's sealife center. If you're ever in Birmingham you really should go see it!

You may have noticed I have not done any personal style posts for a couple of weeks now. I have been really busy and the weather has been awful hence why I've not been able to do any. I am also looking at buying a new lens for the camera as I can't get the detail I'm looking for with the one I am currently using. I'm going to set aside some time in the next couple of week for personal style posts so keep your eyes peeled! Hopefully they'll get back to being regular again. :)

Hope you have all had a lovely week! x

I am really loving animal prints and details on garments and jewellery at the moment. As a pet and animal lover its really hard to resist not to buy a cute fox jumper or a t-shirt with cats on it. These are my best animal details finds in stores at the moment. I particularly like the cat tee by Wildfox but there is no way I could justify spending £85 on it... one day!

Below are some of my favorite bloggers who are making me jealous of their animal featured wardrobes.

Starry Beauty

I am a little bit in love with this hair do seen at the Fall 2012 Rodarte show. It is loose and relaxed yet has this glamorous 20s vibe about it.

I can't wait to recreate this look this autumn.

What are your thoughts?

Rainy Moments

what I wore - meal out at Strada - white chocolate - Merry photo from last week
mid week pear cider - new blog header - pretty trees - burgundy jumper

My boyfriend moved house at the weekend so I spent most of my time helping him back and move.

It has rained again all week. All this rain is not making me a happy bunny. I don't have many waterproof things so its either get wet or look silly in a bin bag. I'm lusting over a green wax jacket but they are soo expensive. Any recommendations as to where to get a good one?

Thanks for all your comments on yesterdays post about dying my hair a pastel grey. Looks like the verdict is go for it and I would, but the up keep will be a pain. I've decided I will hold off from dying it until I am in a situation financially where I can afford to do touch up and hair treatments without cringing at the prices.

Hope you have all had a lovely week! x

Grey Hair

I want to dye my hair a pastel grey.
I have wanted to do it for over a year.
I have not dyed my hair for almost three years.

I am itching for a change but can not decide whether to take the plunge or leave it how it is.

Decisions decisions...

The little black dress (or LBD) is perhaps the most simplest yet stylish fashionable garment known to womankind. Ever since Coco Chanel made the statement LBD a icon in fashion history in the 1920s the LBD has been designed in many shapes and forms these last 100 years, as I'm sure it will continue to do.

There are so many ways you can style a LBD but its always best to do what Coco did best - keep it simple.
“Women think of all colors except the absence of color. I have said that black has it all. White too. Their beauty is absolute. It is the perfect harmony." - Coco Chanel.
